I will co-ordinate the key elements of the project plan: design, construction, budget and timescales. Decision making will be returned to where it should be and project delivery will be eased.

By working to re-establish the objectives and restate the project aims the team will be put back on track, and steered away from pursuing misguided goals.

Costs will be reduced and value added by correcting project methods and specifications; eliminating abortive work, and avoiding unnecessary fees.
